Powdered young green barley grass (Hordeum vulgare L.), acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, Ceylon cinnamon bark extract (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl), zinc gluconate (zinc), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), chromium picolinate (chromium), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

INSTRUCTIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dissolve 2 g of powder (4 scoops) in a glass of water or your favourite drink.
