INSTRUCTIONS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water and drink immediately.
Take the daytime sachets twice daily (in the morning and in the afternoon); take the night-time sachet once daily (before going to bed).
Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
